Software MVPs · fixed price · fixed timeline

Ship the product in weeks, not quarters.

We take a real product from idea to live — fast. A technical founder who's shipped for startups and enterprises, building with AI-accelerated tooling. One price, agreed before we write a line of code. If it takes longer, that's our problem, not your invoice.

Not an account manager, not a junior. The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it.

Founder & builder
Technical founder · full-stack engineer

Computer scientist and engineer by training, and a multi-time technical founder. I've spent a career across the whole lifecycle of software — writing it, breaking it, hardening it, and shipping it: development, QA, performance testing, and deployment.

I've launched products for early-stage startups and large enterprises alike — which means an MVP that moves fast, built with the rigor of someone who's seen what real load, real users, and real scrutiny do to software. Enterprise discipline, startup speed.

"Couldn't I just build this myself?"

Maybe. The AI tools are genuinely good now — here's an honest look at where that road goes.

Fixed, agreed up front

Here's the honest version: AI tools will get you a demo fast, and for a weekend project that's great. The wall comes when it needs to be real — authentication that's actually secure, a database schema that won't corrupt, error handling, and an answer when an investor's technical advisor asks "who built this and how?" That's the difference between a prototype that impresses for five minutes and a product you can put users and money behind. We use the same AI tools — with the engineering judgment that turns speed into something that lasts, instead of a three-month rescue project later. If you've already started in a tool like Lovable or Bolt, even better — bring it, and we'll take it the rest of the way.

Is this the right fit?

We'd rather tell you up front than waste your scope call. Here's who we're built for — and who we're not.

A great fit if you

  • Need a real product in front of users or investors fast
  • Are validating an idea and chasing product-market fit
  • Want one accountable builder, not a managed contractor
  • Value certainty — fixed price, fixed scope, clear timeline
  • Are ready to move now, not “sometime next quarter”

Probably not if you

  • Want the cheapest possible quote above all else
  • Need a quick throwaway demo, not something that lasts
  • Have no sense of the core problem you’re solving yet
  • Want to manage a team of developers hour by hour
Our promise

Fixed scope cuts both ways. If the first draft misses what we agreed, we rework it — at no extra cost, until it matches the scope. Your 30-day window after launch covers any fixes to what we built. We're not done when the invoice clears; we're done when it works.

Questions, answered

The things people ask before booking a call. If yours isn't here, ask on the call.

What if I don't know my full scope yet?
That's normal — and it's exactly what the first phase is for. Every project starts with discovery: working sessions where we dig into what you're actually trying to build and why. From those conversations we write up a scope-back — a clear description of what we'll build, what we won't, and why — for you to approve before anything gets built. You don't need a finished spec. You need a clear problem. See how the process works →
Couldn’t I just build it myself with AI tools?
You can get a demo surprisingly far. Where it breaks is production: secure auth, a database that won't corrupt, error handling, and being able to answer "who built this?" when it matters. We use the same AI tools with the engineering judgment that makes the result hold up — and if you've already started in one, we'll take it the rest of the way rather than start over.
Who does the design — do I need to bring one?
We do. Custom design is included in every build — no generic template. If you already have designs (Figma or otherwise), we'll build straight from them, which gets you to a finished product faster, though the price stays the same since the engineering is the same. Want something more distinctive? That's the optional Premium design upgrade. Design includes a generous number of revision rounds.
Do I own the code?
Depends on the tier. Production builds include full IP transfer — every line is yours. MVP builds are licensed by default to keep them fast and affordable, and you can buy out full ownership for an extra 50% of the build price. If you're raising or planning due diligence, take ownership; we'll guide you on the call.
It's just one person — what about continuity?
Fair question. Working with one senior builder is why things move fast and stay accountable — no handoffs, no telephone game. To protect you, every project ships with documented, well-structured code and a full handoff, so it's never a black box: any competent developer can pick it up. For larger or ongoing work, we can bring in trusted specialists from our network and put continuity terms in writing.
What do you build with?
A modern, widely-supported stack chosen to fit your product — so any future developer can pick it up without a specialist, and you're not locked into anything obscure. Real auth, a proper database, automated tests, and a deployment pipeline from the start. We'll happily go deeper on specifics during the scope call.
